About You: To be a successful candidate you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Have a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and Care, with a desire to make a positive impact on young children's lives.
• Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of early childhood development and education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Planning and implementing educational programs that promote children's development and learning.
• Observing and documenting children's progress and interests.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and families to support each child's individual needs.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
