Responsibilities:

Client-Centric Approach: Thoroughly grasp client requirements, ensuring satisfaction across all key performance indicators, including time, quality, price, and process management.

Efficient Project Management: Streamline processes related to site access, safety, environmental approvals, and construction, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion.

Resource Management: Ensure internal teams and subcontractors possess the necessary qualifications and experience, with adequate resources allocated to meet project demands.

Logistics Mastery: Oversee material procurement, equipment deliveries, construction planning, and site preparation, optimizing efficiency at every stage.

Coordination Expertise: Facilitate subcontractor coordination, conduct site inductions, and uphold rigorous quality control standards to address non-conformities promptly (Quality control and HOP).

Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing education and support to project teams, driving a culture of excellence and continual improvement in field operations.

Requirements:

Local experience in Wireless Telecom Macro Builds: 4 years minimum local experience in Wireless Telecommunications and have an eye for details.

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, adept at managing teams, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships.

Industry Insight: Possess a deep understanding of the wireless telecommunications landscape, including industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with wireless/mobile infrastructure and technologies, particularly in the context of 4G and 5G rollouts for major carriers like Optus, Telstra, and TPG, Telco Authority is an advantage. 

Collaborative Spirit: Experience thriving in multi-stakeholder environments, adept at navigating complex relationships to drive successful outcomes.
