We are looking for an enthusiastic support engineer to join our team in a hands-on role providing both remote and onsite support to our customers. The role is a full time salary position offering 40 hours per week based onsite in our office in Bulleen - Victoria. We are looking for a level two technical engineer with solid skills looking to be exposed to a range of technical environments.

You will
- Provide remote and onsite support.
- Provide support for our internal development team and internal infrastructure.
- Assist with management of RMM and other security tools.
- Assist with management of Microsoft 365 and Google Apps Suite.
- Provide security hardening and reporting.
- Perform end user on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices
You can
- Work independently to diagnose issues and find solutions in a timely manner.
- Carry out scheduled tasks as required for the maintenance and support of our customer’s systems.
- Provide additional assistance where necessary during hardware or software deployments.
- Provide documentation for both internal procedures and customer networks.
You have
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or IT support role, preferably in the Help Desk & IT Support industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Demonstrated experience in providing support for a range of hardware, software and network technologies
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Relevant technical certifications or a bachelor's degree in a related field would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Required Technical Experience
- Microsoft 365.
- Google Apps.
- Microsoft Windows.
- Apple MacOS.
- VPN, local networks and internet.
- Some experience with linux environments an advantage.
Other Requirements
- A current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Be permanent Australian resident, we can not offer sponsorship.
- Be fluent in English.
