About the Role

As a Student Admissions Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options, assisting with applications, and ensuring their enrolment experience is seamless. In this role, you’ll focus on meeting and exceeding enrolment targets, fostering relationships that translate into student success, and driving the team’s overall results. This full-time position offers both autonomy and collaboration with a motivated, results-driven team.

What’s involved in your new role:

  • Driving Enrolment Results: Proactively contact prospective students through various channels to guide them toward enrolment, with a focus on achieving personal and team enrolment KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to strategically identify, manage, and nurture leads, following up with potential students to secure new enrolments.
  • Conducting Interviews and Auditions: Lead virtual and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for program fit and securing commitment to enrol.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships to build a network of prospective students, referrers, and industry contacts.
  • Retention and Satisfaction Focus: Provide ongoing non-academic support and check-ins to help students feel confident in their choice and prevent withdrawals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely stakeholders to implement strategies, support open days, and participate in career fairs to attract prospective students.
