About the role

Become an integral part of the HANARO MART' team as a Store Supervisor. In this full-time position based in Epping, VIC 3076, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our bustling retail store. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the store's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock flow to meet customer demand
• Handle cash management, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance store efficiency
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a retail store supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays
