Sponsorship

• Off markets
• 005 shares In and Out
• 245’s In and Out
• Invoices and Letters
• Issuer to CHESS Conversions
• Minor to adult transfer

Deceased Estates

• Opening of Sole survivor accounts and Sale Estates
• Checking paperwork received is in order and ASIC /ASX compliant
• Invoices and Letters
• Journaling funds to cover payments
• Change of Trustees
• Bankruptcy Estates

  To be successful, you must have: 

• Previous operations / administration experience from stockbroking / wealth management with a basic understanding of terminology (CHESS; transfers, AML/KYC, sponsorship, etc)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Attention to detail, with a high level of concentration
• Ability to work in a team and independently
