With offices listed throughout Australia and huge focus on Mining, Quarrying and material handling you will be proud to work for the global leader. They have several technical divisions within the business and a new opening has arisen within the Mobile Tracked Crushing team. You will work with some of the best industry experts that have some of the best reputations, but you will also be working on delivering high quality equipment that is manufactured in Europe, USA and Asia. With full training on internal systems and strong leadership from within the team you be welcomed to the Australian team and be supported from day 1.
Job Opportunity –
The crushing team is broken down into two parts, 1 Fixed plant and 2 Mobile. We are looking for a mobile expert that has proven history and passion to take this role forward. Your job will be to work with the already established network of customers but also drive new product sales and win new capital sales within Queensland. You need to have a strong focus on Mobile Jaws, Cone and Impactors but also look to drive leads for the fixed plant team. That said it will be your responsibility to understand what is happening in the mining, quarry, material handling, cement, and asphalt market. You will need to fly or drive to most sites and look to manage a tight territory throughout QLD. This business will also need you to sell parts and service maintenance contracts. With this role looking to secure not just one machine it’s an ongoing account and looking to secure everything on site. The global OEM has had huge success in the mining market and with a few other leading dealers on the east coast this OEM is seeking someone that can break this mould and start with the smaller quarries and look to work there up through to the larger players. This can be explained in the interview process.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 + years in Selling Mobile or Fixed plant Crushers throughout Queensland
- Proven contacts with the Quarries, Mining, Cement and associated markets
- Technical experience with crusher train set ups
- If you have Aggflow experience this would advantageous
- Clear communication and strong CRM skills
- Plant Optimization experience
- Excellent customer service and strong commercial acumen
Salary Package –
On offer is a lucrative earning potential, this is negotiable depending on your experience and if you tick all the required boxes of the job description. We are looking for someone that can really hit the ground running and invest in the business in the long term.
- Base Salary $150,000 to $160,000
- Supernation – 11.5%

Working Hours –
8:00am to 4:30pm – Monday to Friday with Flexible WFH
