The role
We are looking for energetic people passionate about hospitality and being in the kitchen. We have a strong, experienced team and we are looking to expand it.
We are proud of our delivery of quality food using local ingredients, which complements our extensive range of gin, whisky and wine.
Our ideal applicant will have experience in:
- Experience in Asian cuisine
- Atleast 3 years experience in a Sous Chef role
- Have complete focus on the customer experience
- Understanding and remaining within venue concept
- A self starter
- Passion for food
- A team player
- A customer first attitude at all times
We want someone who loves being on the pans, seeing our customers and working with us and our team to deliver an amazing experience.
