Sous Chef - The Opportunity 

• Sous Chef role supporting the Head Chef
• Running the kitchen on the Head Chef's days off
• 2 consecutive days off
• Career progression to Head Chef role within our group when ready at one of our other 3 Restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Key member of a high-performing kitchen team
• Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring quality and service standards are maintained
• Manage and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment

Must be already based in Australia

Salary range of $73,500 to $75,000
