Byron Bay favourite is looking for a gun Sous Chef, 4-week start up accommodation is on offer + a sponsorship discussion for the right candidate.

The Venue:

For years and years it has been known to be a local nightlife must visit for all Byron Bay locals and visitors alike as they flood to the venue any and all nights of the week. Managing events, live music and a good push on some of the best pub grub in the city means the venue is always pumping and never boring.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Leadership and the ability to train and develop
  • Relevant formal qualifications
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to take direction and follow leadership
  • A good understanding of kitchen operations and systems
  • Great focus and well organised
  • The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures
  • Professional approach to the positions
  • Above average service standards
  • Above all, a passion for the industry and personal development
