Byron Bay favourite is looking for a gun Sous Chef, 4-week start up accommodation is on offer + a sponsorship discussion for the right candidate.
The Venue:
For years and years it has been known to be a local nightlife must visit for all Byron Bay locals and visitors alike as they flood to the venue any and all nights of the week. Managing events, live music and a good push on some of the best pub grub in the city means the venue is always pumping and never boring.
Ideally, you will have:
- Leadership and the ability to train and develop
- Relevant formal qualifications
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Able to take direction and follow leadership
- A good understanding of kitchen operations and systems
- Great focus and well organised
- The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures
- Professional approach to the positions
- Above average service standards
- Above all, a passion for the industry and personal development
