Sous Chef for French restaurant

We are a busy popular French restaurant in the national park of Mosman, Chowder bay. A lovely setting over looking the water. Cafe is open 7 days a week 7am-5pm.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, a team leader, able to deal a busy, small kitchen. Applicant must have : Diploma in Hospitality Management or 3 years of relevant experience.
Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Able to work under pressure when its busy
- Organise kitchen prep work
- Hire and onboard new kitchen staff and kitchen hands
- Rostering
- Control all ordering with suppliers
- Easy set into role with a menu which is loved and doesn't need changing
- Days only 6:30am-3:30pm with 2 days off per week
- Available to work 5 days a week, weekends included
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
