We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team for what promises to be an exciting and busy year with many concerts and numerous large scale sporting events (Broncos, Dolphins, State of Origin, Magic Round). We need someone who is professional, responsible, has good problem solving skills and can work well in a team and also lead when required. In the absence of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for staff management, stock ordering and the efficient running of the kitchen. 

The ideal candidate will thrive whilst working in a lively atmosphere and still be able to maintain high food presentation and quality. Passion and creativity for quality cuisine are necessary attributes as well as being able to exceed our customer's expectations.

Excellent salary from $80,000 negotiable plus 11.5% superannuation based on experience and ability. We are open to sponsorship for the right candidate after a probation period has been served.
