SUD food & wine is an established upmarket, 45 seat Italian Restaurant 

full time position, suited for qualified chef. Italian experience extremely advantageous.

SUD food & wine is open Monday to Friday for lunch & dinner. Closed for public holidays. 4 weeks Christmas vacation.

About the role

We are in search of a second chef. 

You will have at least 2 years in this role 

We would like you to be an enthusiastic and professional person with aspirations. You will have a passion for food with a particular interest for Italian food, wine & culture.

We would like you to be clean & efficient. you will be experienced & skilled in making fresh pasta.

Skills and experience

You will be confident in all aspects of the kitchen. Experience in pasta, cold larder & desserts will be very important in your role
