This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand new multi-venue business opening in St. Kilda. We are seeking a highly competent senior team to oversee operations throughout the entire business.
We are seeking experienced chefs with at least 3 years experience in a similar role who will be part of building a new team of hospitality professionals with a ‘can do’ attitude and a positive and friendly approach to customer service.
We are aiming to be the best in every aspect of our operation, providing a professional, inclusive and welcoming culture for both colleagues and customers.
This position offers a generous salary, and requires staff with training and experience in fine dining. Culinary offerings will range between venues, however the highest standard of care and precision will be expected throughout.
Candidate Profile
- Permanent visa holders/ Australian residents welcome
- A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong all-round BOH skills
- Impeccable presentation and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability, with weekends and holidays preferred
- A solid understanding of the financial aspects of running a successful business including revenue and stock control
- Knowledge of European food a bonus
- Experience in food preparation that requires advanced, modern techniques
- Experience and competence training other team members
