About the position:

To support the continued national and international growth at Cullen Jewellery, we are expanding our Software Engineering team and are looking for talented individuals to join us!


At Cullen Jewellery, we are committed to delivering innovative software solutions that streamline business activities and support our growth. As part of our team, you'll be maintaining and enhancing core systems, working with different departments and stakeholders within the company who these projects will be of benefit to. You'll have a high performing team around you where you can seek support and guidance, so this role if perfect for someone junior in their career.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and enhance core systems, including our Phone System and CRM.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement system improvements and new features.
  • Assist in UI development for new projects when required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of tech professionals, contributing to team projects and sharing knowledge.
  • Participate in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures to ensure high-quality software solutions.

What are we seeking?

  • Demonstrated experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer or equivalent in a junior to mid capacity
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and Rust.
  • Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Collaborative nature with the ability to work harmoniously within a team of professionals.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
