About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Manager to oversee a large-scale fresh produce facility. With a team of approximately 200 staff, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
  • Develop and mentor teams, creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and site performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain best practices in health, safety, and sustainability

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in fresh produce FMCG
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams
  • Expertise in food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
