We're currently seeking talented front of house individuals to join us to fill roles at Corretto Dee Why, ULLO Pizza & Wine and Banco Manly including supervisors, managers, bartenders & full time wait staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day services, ensuring smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Lead and inspire others in our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive food & beverage menus, utilizing creativity and an understanding of current trends.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety and health regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff members, ensuring consistent customer service and beverage preparation excellence.

What we need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proficient in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Knowledge of food, cocktails, wine & drink service
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Relevant certification - Responsible Service of Alcohol
