At Price Attack we are focused on giving the best customer journey experience with our hair care services and salon experience.

To be successful with us, you must be a self-motivated creative thinker who

is also a team player. You’ll need to be highly skilled and experienced in your craft to then be able to teach and coach our apprentices.

You are an excellent communicator, problem-solver, capable of managing a salon team(full time, part time and apprentices) whilst working as a senior stylist.

You are super hungry, results focused and generally just a good human to join our exciting growth and fast paced culture.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Looking after customers from start to finish
• Shampoo, Cut, Colour and Styling appointments
• Giving your client excellent customer journey experience within their haircare service
• Prescriptive selling and educating your client on hair care products.
• Able to attain KPIs and achieve sales targets and growth.
• Use internal software to improve your product knowledge and on the job skills
• Upsell products as required with clients

About You:

• You are the kind of person who cares. You care what the clients want, you give them a 1st class experience
• You love all things related to hair and hair care products
• You understand how salons run and make money and are able to work in busy environments where you are back to back with clients all day
• presence, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Understand our target audience, their pains, frustrations and deepest desires better than they know themselves.
• Product Promotion: Collaborate with the coaching team to understand the customer journey and promote this to our target audience.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Foster effective collaboration between sales, marketing, and coaching teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and client attraction.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Level 3 Senior Hairdresser
• 6 years hairdressing experience
• Product Knowledge ( bonus not essential )
• Able to work in team environment
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with clients
• Proven ability to have worked in a KPI driven environment before
• Self motivated, have the intrinsic desire to work and produce high quality results and looks for your clients
