The successful candidate should be experienced in a comparable role, focused on efficiency, quality and consistency whilst working in a fast past kitchen.  As a strong leader you will foster and developing a positive team environment. Top candidates are creative individuals with a passion for great food and excellent service.

• Experience in Italian cuisine preferred 
• 3+ years experience in a Supervisory Role
• MUST already be residing in Australia currently.
• Sunday / Monday off
