About the role
  
We're on the lookout for a professional and organised Senior Receptionist (2IC) to join the team at Myhealth Fortitude Valley! This role requires someone who is not only passionate about providing exceptional customer service but also strong enough to handle the diverse and fast-paced demographic of the area. You’ll also be the friendly face that many of our patients encounter first. 

Day in the Life:
  • Assisting the lead doctors with operational excellence
  • Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
  • Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
  • Overseeing appointments and bookings
  • Managing waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointment
  • Assisting with patient and doctor queries
  • Utilising appropriate item numbers for appointments

Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience
  • Best Practice experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice
