About the role

• Provide high-quality care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Support service development for heart-lung transplant and cardiothoracic patients
• Work in a dynamic team with opportunities for clinical supervision and education
• Develop and lead clinical services within a leading healthcare organisation
• Contribute to quality improvement and change management within the service

About you

• Degree in physiotherapy with current Australian Physiotherapy Registration (APHRA)
• Extensive experience in cardiothoracic physiotherapy, including heart-lung transplantation
• Strong background in providing education and clinical supervision to staff
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cardiothoracic cases and ambulatory care
• Ability to plan, implement, and lead clinical services and quality improvement initiatives
