Set to open in December 2024, Sunny Social is a multi-outlet venue including bar & dining spaces, large alfresco, function and events spaces and café kiosk. Located on the grounds of the beautiful Hamersley golf course, Sunny’s aims to act as a community hub, offering high-quality casual dining, great guest experiences and a welcoming atmosphere for all.
The Role
We’re building a team of leaders passionate about what they do and who they do it with!
We’re looking for hardworking and confident team members in the assistant venue manager position as well as duty managers both full-time and casual. Your role is to ensure our guests always feel welcome with an exceptional experience on every visit.
Working alongside the operations team, we’ll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- Current RSA and Approved Managers Card
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Experience working in bar/tavern venues
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Work with senior management on business performance, forecasting, P&L’s
- Understanding of workplace health & safety
- Passion for driving the business forward with creative ideas and input for growth
