Base salary $80,000 + super + bonuses

Responsibilities: 

• Source and shortlist suitable candidates for roles within Development
• Contact shortlisted candidates and qualify them further (rates, availability, experience etc.)
• Interview preparation and feedback for candidates
• Keep our CRM up to date (Jobadder)
• Notify candidates / payroll of extensions
• Phone screening candidates
• Negotiating rates with candidates
• Developing relationships with candidates
• Writing ads on job websites
• Business Development
• Regularly speak with clients with the purpose of picking up new roles within Accounts and maintaining relationships

Requirements: 

• A strong and stable technical recruitment agency background
• High Ethics and strong values
• Exceptional communication and people skills 
• A self-starter with can-do attitude - enthusiastic and MOTIVATED!
