We are an Early Learning Service which has 3 campuses located in the Inner West. We have been operating for 25+ years in the community and are passionate about providing high quality Education and Care and building strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.

We value the educators and believe they are the most essential part of creating a strong organisation. We have an opening for a full-time ECT Room Leader in our 4-5 year old room, with a Bachelors qualification in Early Education.

Requirements for this role...

• An approved ACECQA Qualification in Early Childhood Education - Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelor.
• Qualifications in First aid, Child protection and approved NSW Working with Children Check.
• Experience working in an Early Education setting.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0.
• Ability to confidently mentor a small team and help guide their practices and growth in the service.
• Ability to confidently write children's observations, learning cycles, and plan educational programs.
