About the service
  
One Tree Bulgarra Children’s Centre is in Karratha. The family grouped service has been designed for the community and climate, with lots of shaded natural areas. Child-led approaches inspire us. We recycle, imagine, play, discover, learn, and celebrate the culture of each child. There is a nursery room, toddlers and kindy room.

This position and you

You will be implementing the National Quality Standards in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework. We prefer candidates with at least one year of OSHC experience. Confidence and knowledge in the EYLF and My Time, Our Place Framework are essential.

Being a team player with strong communication skills is crucial. Your success will depend on your ability to identify and nurture the strengths of both children and team members, as well as your commitment to One Tree Community Service’s spirit, purpose, and values.
