Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
Casual rate: $35.98 - $38 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
We are in search of a Retention Campaign Assistant for assisting the weekly customer campaign workflows across the team. You will provide broad coordination and deployment of campaigns, and supports the wider administrative functions of the team to ensure campaigns are sent to customers in line with the weekly schedule and relevant deployment timings
Please note this is a casual role and you should be available for about 22.8 hours per week and open to collaborating at our head office in Osborne Park.
Some of the duties include but not limited to:
- Use the existing marketing tools via Optimove, to maintain a weekly rhythm of building and scheduling multi-channel campaigns (SMS, Push, In-app)
- Replicate campaign results from Optimove and communicate success measures to the Customer Retention team for various customer campaigns.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as creation of customer lists, maintenance of data, updating weekly campaign schedule, sending emails for campaign approvals etc
- Seek to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the role and the services managed.
- Assist and create innovative new ways of working in an agile environment.
About You
- Basic understanding of marketing deployment technologies.
- Basic understanding of campaign performance reports.
- Intermediate skills within Microsoft office suite – in particular teams, outlook and excel.
- Basic understanding of customer data and the various customer data fields.
- Basic understanding of customer preference management (opt in/out).
- Possession of or working to a relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent relevant experience (desirable).
- Experience or background within the wagering industry
