Qualifications & experience

• Diploma of Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3-4years of work experience in a manager position
• Skill assessment is required for overseas applicants

Tasks & responsibilities

• Meeting minimum operational standards
• Staff recruitments, Train staff, Prepare Roasters
• Develop new marketing plans & policies for the business
• Responsible for all the operations & action in the store
• Perform customer service duties, operate cash drawer, and check out area
• Plan & control the overall budget and achieve financial goals of the business
• Motivate team members, manage staff and their supervision and maintain high standards of customer service in the store.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are strictly followed by everyone and implemented where required
• Negotiate with various suppliers to buy goods at the best possible price
