About us
Mojo's Kitchen Bar & Bottle Shop is a lively, well established eatery, bar & bottle shop in the South West coastal city of Bunbury. We offer terrific food, service and a casual dining atmosphere in our restaurant & alfresco street-side space along the main street. Our wine & beer program is one of the best in the nation. We're a winner of the "Australian Wine List of the Year Awards" again in 2024 and maintain a national 3 glass rating. Our booze offering and knowledge underpins our food service. "We are a can do business" in a fast paced but organised environment. We aim to get things right every-time and love what we do more than anything else in the world. You'll be working with hands-on owners & an experienced, talented & motivated Head Chef. We would consider an applicant with current Australian work rights seeking ongoing sponsorship.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a similar role or senior supervisory position.
- Good Communication & Leadership Skills
- Passion for wine & craft beer service. Solid wine knowledge prefered.
- Experience with retail alcohol sales either in a bottle shop or sales rep role would be desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to actively solve problems, prioritise tasks and lead from the front.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operation, management & staff training to ensure an enjoyable food & beverage experience for our customers.
- Create a learning environment by training and nurturing new staff members, ensuring hey develop their skills & passion for hospitality.
- Alongside the owners, take an active role in maintaining & improving our dynamic wine & beer program.
- Assist guests with menu & drink selections and food & wine pairings
- Actively seek ways to improve the restaurant operation & grasp opportunities to improve the performance of the business as a whole.
- Assist with promotion of the business. Be an active communicator of ideas to help market & grow our operation in a dynamic & interesting way.
