We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lobby Manager to join the team at SOYABAE Asian Eatery and Dumpling House. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in teamwork and customer service and are ready to lead a team to provide exceptional Asian dining experiences.

**Job Description:**  
As the Restaurant Manager at SOYABAE, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the restaurant’s lobby, ensuring a high-quality service experience for all guests. Candidates with a strong knowledge of Asian cuisine are preferred. Fluency in both English and Chinese is a plus. You will lead a team to deliver quick, friendly, and professional service, addressing various guest requests and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):**
- **Leadership and Motivation**: Manage and inspire front-of-house and kitchen teams to create memorable Asian dining experiences.
- **Strategic Development**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget control.
- **Team Growth**: Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment to promote team growth through coaching and development.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure high standards in health, safety, and licensing compliance.
- **Cocktail Service**: Prepare and serve cocktails, maintaining a well-organized and stocked bar area.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a related managerial role, particularly in hospitality or service industries.
- **Asian Cuisine Knowledge**: Familiarity with Asian food and beverages; bilingual (English/Chinese) candidates are preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: Dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
- **Operational Insight**: Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning and pricing.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Passion for Hospitality**: Committed to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

**Salary Range:** AUD 80,000 - AUD 90,000 (based on experience)
