We have a small specialised team of construction professionals who deliver these projects.

The Role, Skills & Experience

We are looking for an energetic Construction Project Manager with a good working knowledge of Residential Architectural Projects in Sydney. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for controlling the progress of works onsite in collaboration with the Site Manager and the supervisor. Whilst the Site Manager is focused on quality, logistics, general material procurement and management of subcontractors and the site team on a daily basis, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for pre-planning critical elements, securing key supply items, monitoring scope creep and budget tracking.

The ideal applicant would have the following:

• Previous experience in the managing of quality houses with a reputable builder - in capacity as site foreman or project manager
• Professional and motivated approach to work
• Previous experience in managing ABIC Simple works or Major Works with Architects as well as BC4 Master Builders Contracts
• Experience in managing subcontractors, council permits, detailed procurement, negotiations with suppliers and reviewing shop drawings
• Demonstrated experience in managing and tracking project budget, project schedule and site safety
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Mail, Adobe.
