Southern Cross Truck Rentals is looking for a keen and reliable Rental Clerk to join their busy Truck Rental Branch located at Smeaton Grange. 

Duties will include (but not be limited by) taking customer enquiries, quoting & bookings, handling transactions, preparing vehicles for rental, and also some yard operations when required.

To be successful you will need to be keen, reliable, have a great work ethic and be committed to customer service

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in the retail and sales field with the ability to assist customers.
• Computer skills are essential to perform reservations and checking in and out purposes.
• Drivers License Required. 
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across Monday - Sunday (10 set hours currently available - Saturday 5 hours and Sunday 5 hours, plus additional hours as they arise during the week and weekends). 
• Ability to multitask, be highly organised with have a strong attention to detail.
• Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution.
