Based in South Australia, the head office for the group is located at Virginia with farming sites located in the Riverland, Mallee and Adelaide Plains. A newly created role, Mitolo Family Farms are looking to welcome a Recruitment Coordinator to their People & Culture team.
About the Role
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will report to the Head of People and create effective working relationships with internal department leaders. You will effectively implement recruitment strategies to drive the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure staffing requirements are consistently met. Recruiting a range of roles across the business, you will enjoy the variety that each day brings looking to the future to proactively recruit in line with business needs.
Duties
- Manage and design end-to-end recruitment process across all sectors of the business
- Actively manage direct and passive recruitment campaigns including attending job fairs, career events and expos
- Track and interpret trends to provide insight into current recruitment methods, competitor activity and salary benchmarking
- Source, phone screen, interview, administer pre-employment assessments, reference check and onboard new hires
- Manage immigration activities including end to end recruitment and sponsorship requirements.
- Coordinate apprenticeship contracts
- Manage applicable wage subsidy and government incentives for new hires
- Partner with business units on current and future workforce requirements.
