At Anila Recruitment, we specialise in Education and Community Services recruitment. We partner with providers to support them with their permanent recruitment. We are a growing company with an established footprint in NSW and now looking to extend our business by splitting the NSW desk. The desk is considered a cold/warm desk. The role would be well fitted to a driven and ambitious individual who is comfortable with Business Development and growing their own 'mini business'. 

About the role: 

• $70, 000 - $75, 000 + super + uncapped commission
• Reduced targets  to enable commission earnings from your first quarter
• This is a work-from-home position and is best fit for someone who has worked in this environment previously 
• You will be required to conduct client visits onsite where required 
• You will lead the recruitment in two states - Queensland and Victoria
• Birthday leave and quarterly team events
• Paid training and development 

About you:

• Essential - experience working in a recruitment agency setting 
• Experience in conducting business development activities
• Experience in 360 recruitment 
• Experience working from home 
• A go-get attitude and growth mindset 
• unafraid of failure and willing to grow and learn from every experience
• Resilient personality 
• Ability to work professionally at all times
• JobAdder experience is preferable 

The Position: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Lead and manage the Early Childhood and OSHC desk
• Source candidates based on job briefs and client requirements
• Screen and interview prospective candidates
• Manage and lead client relationships
• Oversee the 360-recruitment process for allocated jobs
• Ensure quality and compliance in recruitment processes
• Engage in business development activities
• Work collaboratively with the Director in strategising and business planning
