What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing recruitment services and securing new business.
- Build and manage a strong network of top-tier candidates in tech, digital, and data.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top talent.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Work in a high-energy, target-driven environment where every call brings new opportunities.
- 1+ years of experience in phone-based sales, telesales, or recruitment.
- A confident and persuasive communicator with a natural ability to influence.
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, and data-driven industries.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (earn as much as you put in!).
