Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively generate leads, deliver client presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive new business opportunities.
- Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates.
- Database Management: Utilize an advanced cloud-based recruitment system to effectively track and manage candidates and clients.

- You bring solid experience in a 360 recruitment sales role.
