Due to expansion within th team we are now on the lookout for our next Receptionist to be the face of Netstrata.

This is not your average role, you’ll be working alongside our awesome Administration Team and Strata Managers making sure our client's needs are met and issues resolved, this is where your customer service and diplomacy skills will come into play.

There’s lots to keep you busy, most of which is really exciting and fun to do, but like most jobs there will also be some day-to-day stuff too.

To really give this role a good nudge you’ll need to have been a superstar receptionist for at least the last 2 years, it would also be great if you have some Strata or Property Industry experience under your belt.

Some of the things you will be doing include:

• Manage procedures and provide assistance during strata inspector appointments.
• Assisting walk-in clients and incoming phone calls
• Action all incoming correspondence
• Prepare documents, keys, and daily schedule for courier to travel to strata buildings to place Meeting Notices and other advice on Notice Boards
• Initiate invoices and receive payment for strata services
• Record distribution of keys for contractors using internal software system.
• Ensure all meeting rooms are tidy and prepared for upcoming meetings
• Undertake data entry as required
• Assist with general office duties as required
