• firstly we can guarantee excellent earnings of 65,000 - 80,000 FT. Happy to discuss further with you and negotiate. 
• Our commission structures are not capped as you earn more your commission increases. Always earn on retails sales and second to that a target system thats highly beneficial and achievable. 
• The option of Full time or Part time employment, a minimum 1 years experience with a Certificate 3 Qualification , 3-5 day rosters.
• Ideally can cut, colour and style as a senior hairdresser. Manage a booked out column. However if your specialised in just cutting happy to discuss further. 
•  There is opportunity for growth in your role. We can provide technical advancement as well as personal development with a leading business coach. Managerial promotion and in house educator roles. 
• Create a work life balance roster. 
• Saturdays are not compulsory. However there is 33% extra earnings on a Saturday.

• Photoshoots, content days and your inclusivity in the growth of our creative team and brand awareness. 
• flexibility options for mums and dads during school holiday times. Leave without pay can be an option too. Start times can be adjusted to suit your travel time or dropping off the kids
• Annual service cost rises which make room for additional personal earnings. We want you to be best paid hairdresser out there.
• Apprentices, Receptionists, and assistants to help you through out your day. We believe in providing an excellent experience for the team and clients. 4 apprentices are currently part of the team. 
• extremely efficient appointment bookings, we don’t cram services in. Adequate timing for each service and our pricing structure is at the higher end of the scale. NO silly conveyor belt experience.
