The iconic Windsor Hotel in South Perth is looking for  Chefs starting immediately. The Windsor is a busy venue with an a la carte and a bar menu offering fresh and tasty food 7 days a week.

The successful applicant will be working alongside an international team of young, creative chefs.

About the role

• Chef qualifications highly regarded:
• Completion of an apprenticeship in cookery and/or of a cert 3 in commercial cookery or higher
• Minimum 2 year commercial cooking experience to a Chef level in fast paced environment required;
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Must be hard working and reliable
• Willing to train/develop the right individuals
