The above role is for a competent cook to run our friendly country kitchen.The role will include maintaining a menu that is in place rosters kitchen maintenance hygiene ordering and day to day running of the night shift.The successful applicant will be for a long term position with scope to develop in the hotel group.A food safety cert will be required as well as a cool head under pressure.You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the night shift and be able to communicate with the day shift cook it is a full time position and weekend work will be required.It is envisaged the you will be able to roster your self for 5 nights as there are already valued employees to be able to give you days off.There is a possibility of accommodation for short term while you settle in if you are from outside the area.
