What we are looking for?

 

We are looking for someone to assist our Production Co-Ordinator and engineering department to grow our assembly capabilities with some existing technical assembly experience, but also somebody who may also be interested in developing their skills within Engineering Assembly-R&D Troubleshooting Design Fields.

 

Duties and Responsibilities.                     

  • Prototype building from concept drawings.
  • Assembly, testing, and recording of build methodology.
  • Full production manufacturing to specification
  • Working with Engineering, and Production Team Members to troubleshoot & improve product design.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for component supplies and prototyping.
  • Opportunity to Learn Engineering Office Skills as it relates to the Manufacturing process.
  • Related Warehouse duties.

  • Hands-On Mechanical Assembly and fabrication Abilities & Tool use.
  • Able to work with Engineering Concepts and Drawings
  • Recent completion of Mechanical trade apprenticeship beneficial but not essential; Or
  • Some experience in manufacturing Mechanical, automotive, or motorized Engineering products.
  • good computer skills
  • Self-motivated and organized

This is a great opportunity for skilled auto trade workers or similar to progress in their mechanical careers, with opportunities for further training in multiple different career paths. 

You must be either an Australian or New Zealand Citizen Or, a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to apply for this full time, onsite position. This is a Non-Sponsorship Position, you must be able to work full time on site, in Victoria without restriction to be able to be considered and meet the criteria set put above.
