About the Role: As an Experienced Property Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of 120-130 properties. Your role will involve:
- Overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are kept in top condition and addressing any issues promptly.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Managing lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and negotiations. Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and up to date.
- Conducting regular property inspections to assess condition and compliance with lease terms. Preparing detailed inspection reports and addressing any issues identified.
- Managing rent collections, handling arrears, and ensuring timely payments. Implementing and overseeing processes for efficient rent collection.
- Ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation and regulations. Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and ensuring compliance across your portfolio.
- Assisting with the marketing of vacant properties, conducting viewings, and managing the leasing process to secure new tenants.

About You:
- 2-5 years of property management experience preferred
- Applicant must hold a current real estate certificate/license and drivers license.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 120-130 properties
- Strong communication and organisational skills
