About the Company:

Forme Specialist Plastic Surgery specialises in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.  Our head surgeon, Dr Jeremy Rawlins is a high profile, specialist plastic surgeon who strongly believes in the importance of quality and compassion when it comes to plastic surgery. We have brand new facilities and a motivated and committed team. 

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who is able to ensure that the day-to-day management of our practice is smooth, efficient and upholds our reputation for caring and best practice. 

About the Role:

You will be required to guide our team members and manage our practice to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice while providing an exceptional standard of care to our patients.

About You:

• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office suite and Genie/GENTU patient management software (or similar)
• Previous experience that you can articulate to us in a similar role 
• Ability to lead the team in the absence of the Surgeons – problem solving and applying initiative
• A professional and kind approach and neat and professional presentation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in the delivery of professional outputs.
