Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare a variety of pizza and pasta dishes to adhere to company standards 
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and your station 
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen of at least 2 years
  • Have Relevant Trade Qualifications and skills 
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. 40 hour working week. Sponsorship can be considered for all applicants after a 12 month working period.
