Qualifications & experience

• must be highly experienced specialising in  pizza making
• Min 3 years experience in high volume
• Hand stretch dough and good knife skills
• Organised and attention to detail
• Pasta making a huge advantage but not necessary

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will be responsible for producing authentic pizza dough, preparing ingredients, cooking pizza to order while insuring all recipes are accurate, delivering premium products that set us apart from the rest with pasta making a huge advantage
