About the Location:

The Maranoa region is located in southwest Queensland approximately 500km west of Brisbane. Covering an area of 58,830km and home to approximately 13,000 people, the region maintains a proud and productive agricultural industry which has been complimented by industrial expansion in the energy and tourism sectors. Located an hour drive west of Roma in QLD.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and join a community-based pharmacy that offers an excellent work-life balance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day tuning of the dispensary including, counseling customers, stock ordering, and control. This is a sole pharmacist position. You will be working alongside a technician and a pharmacy assistant.

• Hours per week: 35 Monday to Friday and 3 hours on Saturday
• Days per week: 5.5
• Scripts per day: 100
• Dispense: LOST
• Professional services: DAA, Vaccinations, Medscheck, NDSS, Webster pack, Blood pressure.
• Pharmacotherapy: Yes (1-2)
• Trading hours: Monday - Friday 9 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 9 am – 12:00 pm. Sunday closed.

To be successful in this Role:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Great communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Attention to details
• A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
• Demonstrated experience achieving KPIs and targets
• You must have vaccination certificate
