The Opportunity
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of People and working closely with Senior Leaders, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive support to our teams. In this position, your main focus will be on payroll, compliance, employee relations, and driving operational efficiency, all while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture at NOMAD Group.
We are currently accepting applications for a 2025 start.
Our ideal candidate will have
- HR qualification and/or relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong knowledge of relevant modern awards
- Experience overseeing and processing payroll
- Proven administrative skills and familiarity with Google Suite
- Understanding of immigration and sponsorship regulations
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS/OHS) and claims management
- Familiarity with People & Culture (P&C) metrics, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with HRIS systems and their management
- Hospitality industry experience is desirable but not required
