MMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Workforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. 
Working in our Darwin office, this role focuses on general administration, recruitment and payroll management for the entirety of our business. 

Full time, on-going position - 40 hours per week. 
Our ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Assist with processing weekly timesheets - over 100 employees. 
• Assist with fortnightly payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Confirming employee bank account / superannuation details.
• Confirm any payroll enquiries from employees. 
   
• Source and recruit valuable personnel for current and upcoming projects. 
• Assist workforce coordinators with onboarding & mobilisation of employees, including employment medicals and site inductions. 
• Book external and/or online training for employees and apprentices. 
• Support the wider business with general administration tasks - answering phones, emails and greeting office visitors. 

Required:  

• Minimum 2years’ experience in similar role - payroll / administration functions.
• Experience using Pronto - highly desirable. 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent communication - written and verbal. 
• Effective time management, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Suite and accounting software.
• Excellent numeracy skills with high level of accuracy.

• Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pm. 
• Location: East Arm, Darwin.
