Successful candidates will ideally have:
Experience in high volume patisserie production
Experience in pastry laminations (or willingness to learn).
Trade qualifications as pastrycook or baker is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work on weekends
A genuine passion for producing of high quality patisserie
Be results orientated with a dedication to exceed customer expectations.
Attention to detail, organisation and consistency
Good communication, work well in team environment
Motivation for continuous improvement
Immediate start
Night or day shift available
Salary depends on experience and shifts arrangement
