We’ve collaborated with partners like Qantas, Field Notes, Patty Mills, and MAAP and now we’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to take this work even further. From local initiatives to global collaborations, you’ll lead projects that introduce Bellroy to new audiences, growing our customer base and influence globally. This role isn’t about sliding into an established system. You’ll have the chance to refine and shape our emerging approach to partnerships from the ground up.

As a key member of our Endorsement Team, you’ll help shape our approach to partnerships - focusing on relationships that embody our values and deliver long-term, meaningful results. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Bellroy’s reach and impact, driving brand awareness and equity through high-quality collaborations. YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU…

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within brand partnerships, customer service, account management, sales, or sponsorships (holding a relevant degree in business admin/ marketing/ communications is a plus)
  • Are familiar with CRM databases (e.g., Copper), project management tools (e.g., Asana), presentation design software (e.g., Canva, Google Slides), and Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel for pulling insights on partnership sales performance and opportunity sizing 
  • Possess clear, direct, and effective communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Have strong negotiation skills; you’re a pro at juggling stakeholders and potential partners to create win-win outcomes
  • Are skilled at navigating tricky situations with empathy, managing conflicts and building strong relationships by considering diverse perspectives
  • Excel at project management, effortlessly juggling priorities while staying calm and focused. You’re detail-oriented and resilient, you know when to escalate issues and keep projects moving forward; feeling right at home with your favourite project management software
  • Are practical yet curious, with a knack for understanding business trends and consumer behaviour 

 

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Spotted an improvement opportunity within our partnership evaluation process and eagerly shared your actionable insights with your manager
  • Prepared a dynamic partnership pitch for the brand team, combining your self-led research with insights gleaned from initial conversations
  • Wrapped up a partnership opportunity we decided not to pursue, ensuring all relevant internal teams and the external partner were informed, and meticulously organised all details for future reference
  • Booked and led a cross-functional meeting with the brand and product teams to address an urgent request from a partner
  • Assessed the initial sales performance of a recently launched partnership, then presented compelling insights and recommendations to the team
  • Worked closely with the legal team to review and amend a commercial partnership agreement, ensuring all terms were beneficial and clear
  • Built a comprehensive new partnership project in Asana, tracking all information, actions, and milestones relevant to the partnership
  • Prepared and sent out engaging weekly project updates, keeping the team thoroughly informed on the status of all partnership projects in progress

 

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time role based in our HQ in Collingwood, Melbourne with flexible WFH options.
