Trade qualified with experience

Reliable and consistent work ethic

Happy to do other jobs as necessary to help the team out

Duties include:

• Ensuring the quality of repairs and customer service is at the highest standard
• Examines damaged vehicles and estimates cost of repairs
• Remove damaged panels and components by unbolting or cutting them away with appropriate equipment and following industry procedures and methods as required
• Fill dents with plastic fillers and file, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools attending to industry standards and procedures
• Recommending new procedures to help with performance and quality to your direct report 
• 1 on 1 Meetings to discuss performance as required
• Providing live updates for direct manager
• Conflict resolution when required
• Making sure you are adhering to our policies and procedures
• Request training and development requirement with your direct report
• Additional duties when required
• Ensure you communicate effectively with your direct report
